GRADE K-2 PYP SPANISH TEACHER

Who I am as a teacher:

• Life has presented me with many different roads, and all of them have led me back to Spanish. 
• After graduating with a Bachelor's in Spanish, I had a thirst for language and culture and a strong desire to see the world. This brought me to many countries to teach, such as Spain, Peru and Colombia, all while I learned to appreciate and grow in new contexts. This is the kind of environment that I strive to create for my students in the classroom. 
• I find language and culture to be inseparable and educate my students to be global citizens who inquire and learn to be open-minded by appreciating different lifestyles and customs. 
• I also find a way to make my classroom a playful environment where mistakes are welcome, and opinions are both expressed and heard.
