Who I am as a teacher:

• I believe that for students to succeed in the classroom, we first need to support them and understand their needs outside of the classroom.
• I believe it is important to recognize and honor students' strengths and differences.
• I love witnessing when a student learns something new for the first time and when that excitement fosters a new passion or interest. 
• Some of my favorite things to do outside of ISM are camping, riding my horses, spending my time outside in nature, and making memories with friends and family.
