NOTE

Programs sponsored by outside organizations, operate independently from the International School of Monterey. ISM provides a site for the programs; however, ISM provides no services and makes no representations or warranties with respect to the programs or the sponsors. Prospective participants in the programs should gather appropriate information so as to make an informed decision regarding participation.

ISM authorizes some use of its facilities and equipment by outside youth-serving organizations during school-reserved hours (6:30am-6:30pm, Monday-Friday) recognizing that these programs directly benefit ISM students (e.g. independent organizations offering after-school programs to ISM students; youth organizations such as Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts that include ISM students; and groups providing free educational programs available to ISM students).

As long as facilities use by an outside organization does not violate its Facilities Use Agreement with MPUSD, ISM has complete discretion over approval and makes decisions based on positive benefit to the school and its students relative to any negative impact on infrastructure and risk. Any interested group should first consult the ISM Facilities Use Regulations before submitting a Facilities Use Application if the ISM site seems a good fit.

How can we promote our program?

ISM will post your website, flyers, and other digital materials here. We can also arrange for you to set up a table to distribute your literature before school, during lunches, and after school. We will send out one email notice to our school community noting that your program has been added to our list of after-school opportunities; however, we will not distribute your print materials directly to students.
