Programmatic Audit

Following the school’s ongoing commitment to fulfill its charter and implement ongoing reflective development, ISM will compile and provide an Annual Programmatic Audit & Performance Report and post it to its website. This report may include the following data:

• Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Annual Update
• A summary of major decisions and policies taken by the Board of Trustees during the year
• Data on parent involvement in school governance and summary data from annual parent and student surveys
• Data regarding the number of teachers working at the school and their qualifications
• A summary of any major changes to the Charter School’s comprehensive health and safety policies
• A summary of efforts to achieve a balance of racial and ethnic students, special education students, and English learner students, including redesignated fluent English proficient students that is reflective of the general population
• Data regarding the number of students enrolled, on waitlists, and suspended or expelled
• Data on the number and resolution of formal internal and external disputes and complaints
