Who I am as a teacher:
I’m a cross-cultural encounter that loves children.
I’m always looking to provide opportunities for my students to learn real-world applications in Math, Engineering, Technology, and Robotics.
I love playing soccer, surfing, sk8, rafting and mountain-biking.
I have a heart for mentoring students, exposing them to the many engineering career fields through project-based, and problem-solving approaches.
I am a servant leader who is at my best when serving others.
I value immensely the importance of working together with parents to help their children become young adults that will be sweet, caring, and intentional global citizens.
I am relational, creative, authentic, and organized.
I am quick to listen, slow to speak.
“I can not be a teacher without exposing who I am” Paulo Freire, Brazilian Educator/Philosopher
I believe that all my students have unique gifts and true potential to learn.
I'm very appreciative of students’ participation during our learning process: “Learning is not a spectator sport.”
