I feel that creating a safe and respectful environment in class where all stakeholders are considered as effective participants is the key element in students’ success.
Nurturing my students, encouraging them to be engaged and principled learners is a goal that I have always tried to achieve.
Being a facilitator and supporting them in setting their personal goals and objectives as young learners will help them to become better decision-makers in the future.
I want my students to understand that life is changing very quickly; they need to be equipped with skills to be able to adapt and adopt the upcoming challenges.
Never forgetting that we all need to enjoy our learning journey; through laughter and joy , success just tastes better!
