Who I am as a teacher:

• I believe that all students, all teachers, and all parents have the right to be heard, seen, and included (communicator).

• I believe that ALL students have the right to an education that brings out the best in everyone. (principled)

• I try to model that with understanding comes teamwork. (knowledgeable)

• I believe that talking with others ensures that all perspectives are seen and understood. (open-minded)

• I try to inspire others to believe that we can be the change we want to see, and we can do it together! (reflective)
