🍎 Data and Enrollment Manager
Summary
In the Enrollment and Data Manager role, you will be instrumental in overseeing student admission and managing academic data within the educational institution. Reporting to the Head of School, your core skills in working with families will be essential in fostering a supportive environment. Your premium expertise in customer service and familiarity with CalPads and other school-based databases will enhance communication and data management processes. Additionally, your relevant background in education administration, databases, and efficient organization will contribute to the overall success of the enrollment process and the institution's mission.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point person for all communications related to admission and enrollment to ISM
- Conduct a public lottery at the end of the enrollment window
- Schedule and manage open house events, prepare materials, and ensure advance publicity
- Create and manage student records in the school’s student information systems (SIS) and other relevant databases (PowerSchool, CalPads, ManageBac, Parent Square, etc.)
- Fulfill student records requests
- Ensure comprehensive management of all student and schedule information
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and attendance outreach protocols
- Help provide positive front-office interaction with students, parents, and staff
- Assist with school-wide and front office duties (recess, nurse station, front desk, etc.)
Skills
- Proficiency with student information systems (SIS) and state educational database management components
- Use time efficiently and effectively to provide all services and student support
- Ability to listen, speak, read, and write in languages other than English preferred
- International Baccalaureate, charter, and California public school experience preferred

📚 Interventionist Specialist (K–8)
Summary
The International School of Monterey is seeking a K–8 Interventionist Specialist to provide targeted academic support to students. This part-time position works closely with teachers and specialists to help students meet grade-level expectations through small group and one-on-one instruction. The successful candidate will be a collaborative educator who uses evidence-based strategies to support student growth in reading, writing, and math.
Responsibilities

Provide small-group and individual academic intervention for K–8 students.

🧩 Behavior Technician
Summary
The International School of Monterey is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide targeted support for students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development. This part-time position works closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to implement behavior intervention plans and promote a positive school environment.
Responsibilities

Support the implementation of individual student behavior plans.

Assist students in developing self-regulation, social, and coping skills.

Collaborate with staff and parents to promote consistent behavioral expectations.

Document and monitor behavioral progress and provide updates to the support team.

Assist with supervision and safety in classrooms and common areas.
Skills & Qualifications

Experience working with children in educational or behavioral support settings.
