Good Afternoon ISM Community,

On Monday, September 9, 2024, we will host our annual Grandparents and Great Friends Day event. As has been the case in the past few years, we will host two events on the same day! We will have an in-person event on campus from 8:15 to 10:00 a.m., and then, for those unable to join us in person, we will also hold a LIVE Virtual Zoom Event with members of the ISM Community from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.    

Registration will be available starting today at ISMonterey.org/grandparents!  Paper invitations will be sent home in your child's backpack on Tuesday, September 3.

Please share this information with the special Grandparents and Great Friends in your life by directing them to the Grandparents and Great Friends website at ISMonterey.org/grandparents.  At that site they can register to join us for either or both events. We will send out a reminder before the events for all those who have registered for both formats. 

I will also be looking for many parent volunteers on the day of the event to help with check-in, last-minute registration, and taking pictures in the classrooms. I will send out a separate volunteer message later today.

Good Afternoon! Don't forget to have your special guests sign up for Grandparents and Great Friends Day happening on campus this Monday at 8:30 or virtually at 1:00.

Go to ismonterey.org/grandparents to register. About halfway down the page, the registration form is embedded in the page. Just fill it out and click "Submit" at the bottom of the form.
