Dear ISM Community,
I am writing to share some exciting news!

ISM was recently recognized as a California Model Middle School as part of the Schools to Watch program!  The school submitted various documentation and hosted a site visit as part of the process to be selected.  Our school showcased strong community connections, rigorous academic expectations, and a supportive holistic environment, which made our school a standout in the selection process!

This week, we will send a few representatives to the statewide conference here in Monterey to receive our recognition award!

We are so proud of our MYP staff and their dedication to creating a supportive learning atmosphere for all our grades 6-8 students!
